I purchased a Shasta camper off of craigslist sight unseen and met with the owner and received a bill of sale only. A year and a half later and not finished restoring the camper, I decided to contact the Wisconsin DMV to see if I could acquire a license and title and what it would require and the nice gentleman on the other line said he could help me get the title and plates without having it inspected because it was so old and for that I thank him! SO last week I received the plates in the mail and today I got the title IN MY NAME! It cost me a total of $95.00 for the title and plates and the tax on the $200 purchase that my wife hated me for! But now she is in love with the idea of our Shasta and wants to get another one when we are done with this one! Hook, line, and sinker!
