Really like the handy "chase" inside the edge area. Thanks for the pix, very interesting.

Hi guys, been taking care of life and hadn't worked on camper for quite some time. Got back on it this week and now I have a frame with an old floor on it and nothing else (except original skin and windows to use after I reframe and build cabinets).
I'll post some pics later this week for those who want to see the framing underneath the HR skin.
Also got some catching up to do on the forum....

Slider, your trailer is in remarkably good shape! I would repair with the walls in place, but guess you decided against that...

I did. I want to get the old floor off to and really get at the frame. As I was taking it apart though, I was surprised how much of the wood isn't rotted. I could have probably repaired in place and mostly repaired the small patch of roof, the corners and under the windows.
On the other hand, that's not me. I also want to just see what I can do. This is a slight adventure to me, the ultimate goal is to have a fine camper but also alot of it is about "the project".

I hear ya, I'm the same way. It's all about the BUILD.

Never seem to find time to work on the camper but finally made some progress?? Taking next week to get sandblasted (repaired if needed but I don't see any issues thru the rust right now). Also ordering new axle. In the meantime, I'm committed to working on windows at least twice a week during lunch hour. I hope to be getting the floor on and framing walls sometime in February.

Slider, what looks like progress to you and me might look like regress to many... Hang in there.

Wow! You had some good stuff there, too. Thanks for sharing those pics. Interesting ceiling rafters. Can't wait to see it go back together.
