Thanks back at you Vikx. Your explanation makes perfect sense to me. I may do something similar, but I'm still very much in the planning stages, so we'll see. The one thing I'd do differently from you is to replace the original 14/2 with modern 12/2. I've rewired 4 houses so far and am a big believer in future proofing.
I finally tested all the propane appliances today, and to my delight, the furnace works swell. Stove and oven as well. Jury is still out on the fridge, the pilot light works, but that's as far as I've gotten. I'm about to pose a question in the appropriate area.

Kmac, I totally agree with upgrading whenever possible!
Keep in mind the original wiring is very hard to get to unless you do a full tear down. It is 14/2 and usually one circuit. I keep that original circuit and usually add two more; a 20 amp for kitchen appliances and another 15 for extra outlets. (dorm fridge, charger maintainer, etc)
Of course the trailer will still be 15 amps with the smaller inlet but the trailer is WIRED for 30. Frankly, the 30 amp inlets are a pain. They require a heavier cord and adapter. Lots more can run at one time, but still...
Very much enjoy wiring our little trailers, but houses are easier. More room to maneuver if you get my drift...
