You might find a local metal man to fabricate the plastic edges in metal. They are going to be hard to duplicate; maybe two different pieces? Something to hold the windows in place and another to "trim" the outside edges.
I'm thinking new custom window...

You might check salvage yards just to see if they have a metal framed window the same size...
Try trailertrasher1@gmail.com. Takes a while to get back to you. Another brand that used that window is Aladdin and also try mid 60s Kit companion. It's a common door window.

Just tossing this idea up there. How about something like this? Just an idea. Find a depth that works. I did a Google search on plastic corner molding and this came up. The goal is to trim the window. Maybe miter the corners like a picture frame. Cheers, Rod
