Welcome! Holiday Ramblers were well made trailers so the bones in this one may be good. Lifting the skins will tell you a lot.
I suggest a metal roof replacement because of the weight and short life of a rubber roof. New rubber roofs are guaranteed for only 12 years IF you do the maintenance... they are normally installed over 1/8 Luan plywood with a special glue.
Metal roofs can be bought in any length and/or you can check truck semi repair companies. Take some time and do lots of research.

Hello and Welcome!
That's going to be a BIG project. Big trailers offer more work, LOL. As Vix posted, you will have to remove the skins. I can tell you the rear is going to be in sad shape. The PO covered that back wall for a reason. Usually, that marks water damage underneath. That right rear corner patch is an indicator of problems below. The opposite corner has the J-rail disconnected so, water got in there and rotted out the screw holes so now there is no "purchase" for the screws.

Welcome!
It reminds me of our family camper when I was a child.
