I have a 1990 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx, 15' long single axel. Bought it July 2021 and knew of 'some' dry rot issues, however the dealer was not totally forthcoming and I was stupid (bad combination for the buyer!) My trailer is now not roadworthy. Back curbside corner has sunk 2" below the frame. Soft wall, back, ceiling.
I took ALL of Larry's Vintage Trailer Repair videos and fully intended to fix it myself. I'm mechanically inclined, but also now 71 years old and shoulder troubles. So, it's either sell as is and take my losses or repair it. I need to find someone(s) who know what they're doing and willing to be hired. I still want to be involved, but if the trailer can't stay local, then my involvement will be limited.
If you are interested, let's talk 425-770-9077. Or if you have someone in mind who might consider, please let me know or have them call/text me. Please please!! Small town Grand Coulee WA provides no options.

I think you may end up with way more than in your trailer than it's worth. Very sad, but true. Repairs are horrendously expensive and finding someone with experience with vintage trailers is difficult. You might ask around to see if there is anyone who works with RVs that might be willing. They all come apart the same, even newer trailers.
I don't want to see you in too deep with the Prowler. It's very cute, but still, spendy to fix. Good Luck.

I agree with vikx, the cost may not be justified when you consider what the camper will be worth once it's restored.

IDK. If someone is that concerned with resale, this isn't the hobby to be in.
Otoh the camaraderie may be worth the cost.
