It is odd, and it is beautiful. Congrats on acquiring this very unusual unpolished gem!

I wonder if the "Cutters Club" finds this OK...it is not so different from the hangover, and is equally aerodynamically challenged. Happy it has been saved.

The Cutter's Club is a group of us who dislike trailers with "overhangs" in the front. Early 5th wheels if you will. A member here cut the overhang back and made an Airflyte out of an Astrodome...
<a data-flickr-embed="true" href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/53634851@N03/51863161487/in/dateposted-public/" title="Astrodome"><img src="https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/51863161487_5b794be017_n.jpg" width="320" height="266" alt="Astrodome"></a><script async src="//embedr.flickr.com/assets/client-code.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
This trailer design often had severe damage from overhang rot and vibration caused structural issues. The tongue is abnormally long and tends to sag. Also, modern SUVs can be dented by the overhang not having enough clearance. They were built for pick up trucks.

I like your trailer. It's very unique and not any part of a candidate for cutting.

I like your trailer. It's very unique and not any part of a candidate for cutting. You can consider me part of the Cutters Club then. I'm not a big fan either.
