have a 1972 Yellowstone Cavalier. Wondering if anyone has ever disassembled the toilet platform and added an access panel for getting to concealed pipes. This is the only stretch of pipes I can't access and of course that is where I need to make a repair. The split is just behind the platform where the metal ruler is. Any advice is appreciated, unless that advice is to just "yank it all out and replace with PEX." 0E4BE80D-6C69-41D3-9328-3EE0C02906C2 by Susan Ellenwood, on Flickr Aqua Magic by Susan Ellenwood, on Flickr

I've seen this Question before. So you options are come up from the bottom or remove the platform? If the pipe were at the front (inside) of the platform I might try to surgically remove the front of the platform leaving the toilet in place. It's impossible to answer if a rear access door is possible without knowing how the frame runs under the camper.
Is the pipe copper? If yes, you need room to cut and repair the split.
