My 1962 shasta dinette table bench is missing its cushions?
Does anyone know the best place to get replacement cushions or new ones would love to match the old colors?
Does anyone have the original dimensions?

Hello,
Foam is really really expensive. You can have them made for you, but if you are at all handy, you can go on youtube and scrounge for videos on how to make your own cushions. There are a variety out there.
I wish you could go into a store and just buy them complete. Someone is bound to have the measurements and will post. You will want the total of the cushions to reach the width of your trailer. Most trailers were designed to take the table down and set across between the two dinette benches and then have the cushions placed all the way across forming a second bed.
Cheers,
Rod

Advice about foam: Use high density firm foam for seat cushions. More comfortable for sitting. Plenty of good online places to buy foam custom cut. We used Foam Factory.

High density foam is more comfortable to sit or sleep on. Wrap it with polyester batting, then make a snug plain white cotton coverer it BEFORE you do the outside cover. Make sure the outside cover is super snug as most fabrics will give a little with time and use and will look a little baggy. We made one small mistake when doing ours. We got six inch foam, not thinking how it would impact the height of the assembled cushions. We should have gotten five inch as the assembled cushions cover the bottom half inch of the rear windows in our Compact. you don't really notice it unless you're me or my hubby, but it sure is nice to sleep on!

I agree with all above. Use a good high density foam. I tried memory foam in our 65 and it was horrible to sit and sleep on. Our rear Groucho bed I actually used some really good couch cushions that I repurposed. I cut them down to size and glued them together with a good contact cement. Worked great and saved $$$$

You best sitting height is 18" from floor to seat. That will help you decide on foam thickness. Compare to your dining chairs and others you like. Good advice from all above, especially Hamlet
