If you are talking about the stove hood light, install a diiferent light or leave the stove hood in place. The heater should not be connected to a light fixture.

Removing the stove and heater will take away most of the gas (propane) need. When they are removed, the propane lines can be capped, at the point of hookup to those appliances, or find the tee that leads to the lamp, and cap off the other leads there.

I am now thinking you want to keep the GAS light. If that is the case, I think there is a tee under the trailer which reduces the line to 1/4" for the light. You could disconnect the stove/heater lines and cap the tee (3/8 flare).
Plug the gas lines at the tee and each appliance (to prevent contamination) and leave in place. They are much higher quality than todays gas tubing. If you ever go to sell the trailer, the buyer will probably want the heater and stove so you might consider storing them. They are both important to the vintage essence of the trailer, not to mention the resale value.
