I see others here using R-Tech to insulate but my local HD only sells R-Max. It looks the same but the web site doesn't speak about a moisture barrier. www.rmax.com/wall-r-matte-plus3.asp

I use plain old fiberglass insulation. I strip off one inch layers and install it with spray adheisive. Gives the metal that Puffy look.

I used Tuff-R, which is also isocyanurate with a silver backing, but my local lumberyard has now changed brands. dunno why, but it's still isocyanurate, so the R-value should be the same (6.5/inch IIRC).
