Put down a lot of that style with my dad back in the 70's, I like it for a 60's camper. I found this at Menard's: Armstrong® Flooring DecorArt Corlon® Desert Sand Sheet VinylComes in a variety of colors, but is only 6' wide, which might be doable to seam under the cabinets? Just my opinion, didn't say it was a good one... Whitney

I used Royelle in my 65 Oasis; very similar to what was already there...

We love the Marmoleum in Hamlet. It has an intrinsic warmth and it’s made of biodegradable “ingredientts”, mainly linseed oil and wood dust.

If you are looking for cheap, why not VCT (vinyl composition tile) sold at Menards? Only $1/sf. Many colors, glue down is easy and not smelly. Color goes all the way through the material. Wears like iron (has limestone in it). You can make it solid or checkerboard. You can cut down the 12 inch square to 9 or 10 inches to fit your space. And it looks authentic for the period.

aslmx,
What did you decide on?
Just an aside comment on VCT. I am researching my floor covering at the moment for my Westerner, and one of the things that has come up is that with VCT, the seams between the tiles can open between the tiles especially if you live in an area with freeze thaw cycles - Expansion from heat and contraction from cold.
You are using a product that is an interior product and using it in an exterior application. Marmoleum is nice as it can be found in 79" widths as it's a sheet product. Nice for most vintage trailers. Sure it's expensive, but it's low maintenance and made with natural products. Personally, I am warming up to the marbling patterns.
Cheers,
Rod

I used it in our 65 and it was fine. But I do keep either the heat or air running year round in the trailer.
