Hi, I am currently working on the outside of my Glendette and have some questions about my roof. Here is the link to the photos. photos.app.goo.gl/npARKTLJ3tzpFeMBASo what I see is the back end of the roof looks like it extends far enough for the water to run down onto the rear skin. The roof is seamed which I am not worried about but it does not appear to be seamed at the front edge and the metal seems short. The front is literally lapped over the skin and roofing nails to hold it down, then a ton of different product thrown on top. There is massive leak damage from the roof vent forward and the roof dips on the front right section to form a puddle. I know there has been at least on impact to the front roof where it looks like someone drove it into the roof of a carport? and dented both sides almost at the corner. There is also a hole and tear in the side skin at the top front. It looks like they make have actually compromised the structure here and just covered everything up. There are also multiple screw holes along both sides of the roof on the top, don't ask me why? I pulled the screws which weren't even screwed all the way in. So my question is, is this roof panel long enough? Do I need to replace the roof with a longer panel? Could it just be the structure issue in the front corner making it sage before the front edge and when I repair it, that will run off correctly? With no folding lock on the end, can you even seal it properly? Thanks in advance and if there are any other things related that you can think of, let me know.

Your link isn't working for me.
It sounds as if you need new roof metal. If it's short and "nailed", it is not original anyway. When screws are loose, or not in all the way, the wood structure they are supposed to grab into is rotten. I would pull the roof and do repairs. While you are framing, you can add rafters or crossboards in the exact place you need them. (for the vent, skin seams, etc)
You can also order the roof with Pittsburg or S lock seams to prevent seam leaks.

Thanks for your response. Sorry about the link. Try the one I just added instead.
