Hi everyone,
I'm moving to Florida from California, and I am wondering if I couldn't keep my trailer and tow vehicle in California for annual trips, or even to rent it out. I know this is not a very good idea and not a good long term plan, but I do have to return often for work and wouldn't mind just taking an uber to storage and then hitting the road for a week.
Does anyone else do anything like this or know of facilities that offer that type of service?
Thanks!

You might want to all around to RV parks. I stayed in one inPortland, OR four nights a week for 2.5 years. There we’re longtimers and full timers there as well as folks coming through town. There were also a couple who stayed only a few months a year. I never found out the terms of their stay, but it may be an option.

I would certainly store UNDERCOVER while you are gone. The sun does a lot of damage... as does wind and rain in the bad months. If it freezes, the freeze/thaw cycle is very rough on our trailers.

Yes definitely undercover is a must. My trailer is so compact it can fit into a drive up unit with a garage style overhead door. Thanks for the advice.
