I began repair on my Prowler. Last year, a friend gave it to me. I've been searching for a camper for a while... and had let them know I wanted it if they ever sold it!
Thanks to you all, I learned that the repair needed to be done from the outside in. I took off the entire back. Tons of rot all the way down to the floor. The windows and tank compartment never had new butyl tape applied so there was a lot of water entering. The sides are also completely rotten, but I can't find any holes. Would this be from the roof seam?
I appreciate all the help you've been (just from reading posts). It has made me feel confident going at it alone.

I am guessing your trailer was leaking at the edge trim/J rail. It's rarely the roof itself that leaks. However, some metal can deteriorate over time. If your roof is pin-holed, you will need to replace the metal. Most of the time, new putty will fix a world of hurt.
We are here to help. Read the photo tutorial and post some pix for us.
