So... I put a nice new shiny roof on and...when cutting out the dome window (shasta astrodome) I got to thinking about other things and sorta cut about a 1/4 inch below where I should on a short section of the tin. On the plus side it was trailer roof tin so at least I wont be out too much money when I'm finally able to get all new skins. Also, the lower front window skin sits about 1/4 inch lower than where it needs to also.
Anyways, I was thinking... and until I am able to have new skins cut and installed (clearly not by me), does anyone see an issue with running a piece of thin aluminum angle along the bottom of these two windows to fill the gap in the mean time?

I think your angle idea will work fine. Been there done that...
