I have some of the white vinyl insert. See if you can get a profile of the metal channel. They still make some of it... My vinyl is 3/4 not 1"...

Thanks - I'll try to get a profile of the channel and post it - maybe I'll get lucky and there is still some available. I'm waiting to get the proper size clutch screw driver to get the door apart. The end broke off the one flat blade screwdriver that was working on them after I got through a few....

Here's what I'm hoping might be out there somewhere... 1 inch wide with the profile shown in 2nd shot. This scrap does not have the rubber insert which would be in the small channel on the left hand edge of the piece in the profile shot. The right hand edge slides into a groove on the edges of the door.
