I am excited for you, Hammy!!
I agree with pt's statement about the outward condition of the interior. It really doesn't look that bad from the pix. Seriously, though, for sitting out there that long, it's a wonder it looks as good as it does. No less a testament to the fiberglass roof.
I don't think we have had anyone restore one of these on VTT and actually lifted the roof.
As for the glass, it looks like only the panes of the jalousies are broken. That's an easy fix. Find a glass shop and ask them to cut you ones to duplicate one of the original jalousies. Take out one on each window and have them cut ones to match.
I did this for one of my trailers and the guy cut to match the length, but it was a hair long. I would ask them to shorten it a 1/16 or even an 1/8" in length to make sure it fits the gap.
The rodents are your biggest problem. Do a lot of research before you get started on this. Get it sealed up to minimize water damage. Also, if you want to do something, get it leveled. Go out there with some 1" ply and a floor jack and some jack stands and see if you can get it level.
Any cleaning out of rodent messes, will take a lot of care and caution for yourself. Get a respirator, and gloves and maybe even one of those disposable head to toe painter/hazmat suits to wear.
Thoughts for your consideration.
Cheers,
Rod
