Hello, I have an opportunity to obtain an Arrow camper the problem is the wheels are gone. The hubs appear to be 4 lug by 4-1/2 inch. Can anyone direct me on what may work or fit? Thank-you.

Check for 1960's era Ford Motor Company models of Mustang, Cougar, Maverick, Comet, Falcon vehicles equipped "with six cylinder engines" for four lug 13" sized wheels.
IMO, your better off buying new wheels and knowing the lug nut taper is not worn out. Buy Dexstar wheels at ETrailer, Eastern Marine, Trailer Parts Super Store usually have free freight on a $100 purchase, or Vintage Trailer Supply sometimes has their wheels in stock.

Be careful buying until you know EXACTLY what wheels are needed. It sounds like you got lucky and the old Ford wheels will work. But your trailer may have star hubs and need a special wheel. If there are lugs, John is correct. If there are threaded holes for lug BOLTS, then you will need the old style star wheels. NOTE: lug bolts on the left side of the trailer will be left hand threads.

Vikx, your correct there's more than one style of four lug trailer wheel pattern.
As far as "left hand thread" lug nuts, and lug bolts. If you look closely, they are usually identified by a colored "copper coating", or sometimes by a "embossed ring" on the hex end. They are usually found on the left hand side of the vehicle. They were the perfect fix, for a non-existent problem. I think a purchasing manager got drunk, ordered them by mistake, and then talked his buddy the engineer into specking them on the vehicle to use them up, and make mechanic's go crazy.

My bolts were embossed "L" or "R".

See if you can borrow a spare and try it. I doubt 14s will fit but worth a try...

I ended up using the space saver spare from an older Honda Accord it fit very well and it allowed me to at least move the camper, now I should be able to source the appropriate wheels. Thanks everyone for your help and suggestions.

Check "Vintiques vintage wheels. All brand new stuff, a little pricey but will probably have what's needed.
