Greetings all. After saving up and searching for years, I have finally achieved my dream tiny travel trailer. You can see pics of her here: imgur.com/a/h0YUPL6 She is a 1961 Mobile Scout. I really lucked out in a few ways. Number one she actually fits in my 7'9" carport! Number two she was beautifully rebuilt from the trailer up in 2018 or 19, she has a longer hitch that has been extended. And Number three she has everything that was on my list - fits in my carport, small enough for my Nissan Frontier V6 to tow, has a place to sleep and a place to sit and eat or have coffee (at the same time), and a nice galley. I am a complete and total newbie to travel trailers, though I do have experience with boats - so some of that will translate. Right now I'm in the middle of actually getting a hitch installed on my truck, and fitting out this sweet trailer with bits and bobs like a freshwater hand pump and getting the propane rack installed. Im sure I will have tons of questions, for now I will read and learn.
