Trailer Trasher has this Aristocrat. It has no title in CA (opinions mobiltec?) but it's the right price. Were the frames good enough on these for a custom build?

Aristocrats are "OK" frame wise. We had to weld extra supports across the back of my Land Commander. There just wasn't much metal there. Also, later Aristos have metal bellies which causes a lot of trouble with joist rot. There are pictures of my frame work here: 67landcommander2.shutterfly.com/pictures/5 Scroll down to the Rot and teardown album to see what we did to the back frame. (2nd page) I also left the belly holes in hopes any moisture would not collect. Insulation was foam to prevent absorption.

Go with what Vikx says. I have little experience with Aristocrats other than the fact that they were duplicate copies of the Shastas.
