I'm confused about what kind of propane gas line (hose) to run from my regulator female connection to my 3/4" black pipe connection. Currently I have a brass fitting on the 3/4' pipe, and into that female end I have an air compressor male fitting (which I used to test my lines using soapy water).
Is there a stock gas hose (stainless steel covered if available) that works? I'm not sure of the hose size needed, but the ideal length is about 27 inches. Maybe 24 inches with needed adapters.
Is it easier to use straight copper tubing?

A flexible LP hose should be used from the regulator to the trailer main. This makes it easier to change tanks without damage to the connecting hose or fittings. Most of the time, the hose comes with 3/8 male IP to the regulator and the other end is 3/8 flare female to the trailer.
Trailers had 3/8 tubing in the old days and most modern RVs have 1/2" black iron with 3/8 copper up and into the cabin. Not sure why you went with 3/4, but I would reduce that down to 3/8 male flare at the trailer hose connection.
Stainless jacketed hoses are available online. It may be difficult to find one with the correct fittings. (most are for BBQs-tank to appliance)

Thanks for the tips. I'll look for such a hose. I used 3/4 black pipe because the frame had holes to run pipe that were just big enough to fit a rubber grommit and 3/4 pipe tight to avoid jiggling.
