I recently bought a 1960 B&B Cozy Home (16ft) travel trailer. I'm having a hard time drumming up information about the original specs in part because:
1) B&B is still around as a manufacturer (it seems) but now makes utility trailers (flatbeds and whatnot) 2) Searching the web for B&B is overwhelmed by results for Bed and Breakfasts, and AirBnB, etc 3) Apparently there weren't too many of these. Or, if there were, I can't seem to find any community around them like I've found for Shasta, Airstream, Spartan, etc
So, I'd love to get *any* info at all which anyone can help me find out about this trailer. Looking forward to any breadcrumbs you folks may be able to offer. Thanks in advance!

Welcome. B & Bs were made in Marysville, Wa by boat builders in the off season. They are made like tanks and would probably float. I rebuilt mine and it wasn't fun getting it apart to do repairs. I've not found any real information in or around Marysville on the company. Here is my build: 63bbtrailer.shutterfly.com/ Click on Pictures and videos to view the albums.

Thanks for sharing that photo album! There are some distinct difference between our models, but actually a lot of similarities. Interesting how yours has the window offset in the back in order to not overlap with the bathroom. Where did you find that brochure, I wonder?
My registration says this is a 16ft "Cozy Home" but I don't know if that's actually what this model is called. I don't see "Cozy Home" in or on the trailer anywhere. I have this hilarious 6 digit vin which is also, presumably, stamped in the trailer somewhere but I haven't found it yet.

@vikx: one question which arose when I was looking through your pictures. I see that your original gaucho mattress has three cushions: one large, one intermediate, one small. My trailer came with three similarly sized pieces of foam which have no upholstery. Now I'm wondering if these are the original mattress pieces where someone stripped the old upholstery and didn't get around to getting them reupholstered. In any case, I suppose I'm embarrassingly ignorant here in exactly how the three pieces are supposed to fit together. Why are there three pieces instead of two?

Yes, the 3 pieces were original to the B & B. Mine needed recovering but I ran out of material, so the new owner did them to his preference.
The brochure came from a fellow who was selling a B & B a little South of me. His was mostly original as well.
The VIN is on the top of the door side tongue. You might have to strip it to find it. I wouldn't use a strong wire brush, as it could disappear.

That's great information. And as it turns out, I happened to notice the vin number just yesterday, neat. If you have any other ideas for info sources for this trailer, I'd love to hear them and see them. I think the main thing I'm wanting to work on at the moment is the window issue I mentioned in the other thread.
Thanks again for the help and information!
