Hi. I am calling around sheet metal places looking for someone to sell me a panel (or panels) for the back end. Haven't found anyone super helpful locally but I am not through my list yet. I did get a quote for a $100 for a 4 foot tall panel. I watched Larrys videos and it looks like I can cut it with the multi tool, router, or electric sheers.
Also curious if it is reasonable to ask them to cut it to width and create a seam for me if I order two pieces so I can lock them together?
Also, when I do my fold over how do I do that? Can I have the sheet metal people create a fold for me or do I need to figure out how? Also I can't find a thread on that...
Since the new piece won't have existing screw holes - I am assuming I need to pre drill them?
Thanks!!!

You may want to check out Hemet Valley RV. They have an informative website and I suggest you also call and talk to Steve after you send him an email with photos and a description of what you need. He is the expert on all thing vintage trailer metal. A few other companies sell it around the country but not to the degree these guys do.
