I would assume they drilled a hole the same diameter more or less as the tongue jack post, dropped the post into the hole and then attached a winch cable to the frame and pulled it up onto the flatbed. Yes. I would do something like that. Wood slides well on a smooth metal most times. Once loaded a 55 Chevy with no front suspension on a roll back in a similar manner. Put the roll back bed under the lowest part of the frame and place some plywood between them. Just winched right up on there easy as if it has wheels on it.
