My wife and I purchased a 1973 Great Divide 19ft TT. We knew it was in need of some TLC when we got it, I am currently removing the ceiling and insulation and found that some of the joists have completely rotted away on the ends, I am pretty handy so this will be an easy fix compared to what others think. But I was wondering if anyone had any info on the trailer that we have, I don’t have a GVW anywhere on it and haven’t transferred the title yet

Just by googling pics it looks like a cool trailer. Do a lot of research on rebuilding a trailer. It’s going to be totally different from anything you’ve done. I thought I was a master of all until I started this hobby. I’ve eaten a lot of crow on this forum. Watch all of mobiltecs videos on you tube and have fun.

Welcome.
Don't gut or try to fix your trailer from the inside! The skins should be lifted or removed to do proper repairs. There's no way to address the rot below floor level with lifting the skins.
We're here to offer advice.

I also just purchased a Great Divide, 1975 TT22. I'll keep an eye on your progress! Mine will be slower since I have no experience. Good luck!!

How did you prepare it? I’ve never tasted it, but apparently it tastes a lot like other gamebirds. ;- ). Or, my hubby says, “Crow tastes a lot like blood, sweat and tears.” Yeah, pretty much!

I do it just like deer meat, wrap it in bacon and grill it, when it’s done , throw the deer meat away and eat the bacon.

I quit believing in Santa Claus one summer whilst visiting family in Norway. My aunt brought out a big platter with a roast on it. It was reindeer. I just couldn’t believe that Santa would let anyone eat Dancer.
That was “Sami” dinner!
