Does anybody know where I can find the top piece (round ring) that hooks the ball in place? The hooks are a little worn and I might be able to sharpen/repair them but replacing the piece may be easier.

Hmmm, I may have a donor camper that has one intact. I'll check it out today. On your donor does the tab with the teeth (In the slot and not seen in the photo) lock in place when the lever is down?
