I would say it depends on what you want it for. I am about to sell my house and build another. Going to need a place to live and I would jump on it with both feet. Do any repairs and live in it.
I wouldn't want to tow it around as I am almost certain it is a Mobile Home, not a camper. I doubt there is a huge demand but it has to be worth something if you are thinking of flipping it. Could make someone a good short term rental.

Is it being sold, and if so how much $? It does look to be in very good condition. I agree with Kudzu it probably is what was called a park model, not really meant for travel. It would make a great camp if you have a nice private piece of property. It seem worthy of being saved. Thanks for the pics.

If you want it for a B&B or a trailer in a Vintage Park it's perfect. It will cost some time and work to get it out of there. But it's in very nice shape.

I agree with the above. If you want a park model and are willing to move it, it’s great. Although, if you change your mind after investing time and money in it, selling a 35’ trailer can be difficult.

I appreciate the input. Please keep it coming. The lure of the beautiful birch, curved, corner cabinet door with a touch latch is like a magnet drawing me closer. Closer to a ton of work. I'm going to clear out all of the past person's possessions to get a better feel for the scope of the job. Oh, here's a photo of the cabinet. 1954 Viking Curved Corner Cabinet

I think you have to go for it! Are there any logos/badges? curious what they would look like.

Unfortunately, the only identification on the outside is a broken-in-half Viking badge. Anybody know of an image of a complete badge or know of a source for a badge? A while ago if I recall correctly, Ryan's had a Viking badge.
