What a cool trailer, but too expensive for my blood. They don't even show pictures of the inside. I would love to have it though. Maybe one of the more experienced restorers will save him.

Nice shape but too many zeros in the price.

But it’s so close to where we live, certainly that should make it worth more (LOL). Maybe a Microsoft or Amazon millionaire will take it off the seller’s hands. Vikx, don’t be surprised if you get a call in the next few weeks to fix up an old 49er!
BTW, I didn’t see this one on EBay, but there’s a 1970s Shasta SC for $12,000. Looks like it may have been done right, but Holy Cow!

One thing taught here. NEVER EVER buy a trailer site unseen. If you can't go look at it yourself, don't buy it. Unless you are filthy rich and could care less about the money.

Price came down significantly, it’s pretty small 11 ft 5 at the base , a little under 7 wide. It needs to be completely redone, unfortunately the frame is aluminum and totally gone as well. l had it delivered today .first project camper. I was looking to build a little trailer, wanted something different.
Was lucky to find a small frame, to put in on for the short term. Pictures to follow 😊

We don’t see many trailers from the 40s here, so an especially warm welcome. There is so much wonderful, and CORRECT restoration information here. We are a bunch of enthusiasts/trailer voyeurs, so we look forward to pictures.

Which category would I start the new thread under?

Start it in the Restoration section. You can do many pages of the build, woes and wows.
