Hi, all! Hope I’m posting in the correct spot. Registered awhile ago when I purchased a 1967 Kit Companion but ended up selling it and getting a 1955 Aljoa but haven’t started restoring it yet. I have since picked up a 1960 Oasis and the whole door handle is missing just the empty square whole in door, also missing the grab handle. Hoping to start restoration soon as we are finishing up a covered area to work on it. If anyone comes across a door handle or grab handle please let me know. I think it’s a Bargman L-66. Previous owner also put an air conditioner in the side dinette window thought I needed the window but after looking closer I see the window is there and just needs the glass. Thanks much!😀 Here is the link to pics of Oasis www.dropbox.com/sh/c51uxn24e5g8vov/AABir1Y3n5hfIYIV43xU40NYa?dl=0

I'd really like to see your campers. Here is a tutorial showing how to link photos to your post using flickr:
The L66 is expensive but the do come for sale from time to time on ebay. I once bought a window for a 1962 camper on ebay but it cost me $100.

Does anyone know what refrigerator is in a 1960 Oasis? I’ve seen a pic of a 1959 and it’s more rounded, were the 1960 fridges square or rounded? Thanks

Most 1969 Oasii had iceboxes with square edges.

Yes but I haven’t been able to find a ‘60 with original pic so not sure if that was the year they changed to the more square style. I emailed GE with the model and serial number of the fridge that’s in it hoping they may be able to give me a year.

This is the fridge you hope to replace or confirm it's the original shape?

nccamper, yes the fridge in Pic is what is in my trailer. It seems like it sticks out too far and it has either had a piece of odd paneling put on it or it is the wrong fridge because it doesn’t match anything else.

It's hard for me to tell from the photos but it looks as if the fridge vent is on the street side and the current fridge is on the door/curb side? I'm not seeing proper venting on the door side. Do you have any more photos of the sides of the trailer?
I doubt that fridge is original but is an older unit. It's important to know if it is installed properly before proceeding with another installation.

I believe the vent on street side is for water heater. www.dropbox.com/s/d5m8tcn77df9rg9/_JBJ5873.jpg?dl=0

The vent is not original so it may have had an ice box from the factory.

I just bought a L66 vintage door handle for $78. It has really bad pitting in the chrome and is missing the keys. We have to have our tag light chromed anyway, so we will just through it in the pot. We got a new cylinder and key set on eBay for only $14.95. I'm probably giving myself competition on vintage trailer parts on eBay just by mentioning this, but I almost have all the vintage parts I need to fix our camper. I hope this helps. I know there is a L 66 door handle there for sale for around $250. Lot of money, but it does have the keys and isn't as pitted as the one I bought. Happy Camping! Sheila

There are two different L66 lock cylinders and each gets replaced differently:
