I need to replace my ceiling panels due to rot. The panels on there now are roughly 9ft wide. My problem is I can't find over sized plywood that is 1/4" thick. Is there any solution?

Your camper is 9' wide? 1/4" is easier to find than 1/8" but it's always 8' long. We have 8' long pieces (1/4") here in oak and maple at Home Depot.
Sorry, but I've never seen replacement panels 9' wide in my area.

I agree, the panels should go across the trailer and are usually less than 8 feet. I've not seen 9' ply either. Sometimes 10'. You might measure again just to be sure...

I'm pretty sure 8' is the limit for pulling a trailer without a wide load permit. I could be wrong. My husband is a truck driver, and I will ask him. Maybe your camper has spread out at the top?

Have any of our experts ever seen a 9 foot wide trailer? I wonder if the walls aren't crooked/separating at the top?

I'm wondering if the the number might be 96" rather than 9'; even installed fore and aft, mfgrs' wouldn't have had easy access to 9'.

My husband just confirmed that it can't be over 8' to hall like normal campers.
