I am not a VTV But for the past 10 years I have been after a 1939 trailer that sits about 1/8 of a mile from my house. All steel skin. The owner always said,No I use it for my storage. I would look in the windows and port window doors. I would see the honey color walls. Trailer was full of boxes. Finally last week, they said. We sold the place and you can have the trailer if you want it. We will just get our stuff and it's yours. I saw the door was falling apart. Then when I walked inside I saw that I was walking on mostly dirt. Walls were rotted 4 feet up the wall. Frame was mostly rusted and rotted. It had been sitting directly on the ground for over 45 years. Nothing salvageable. All lights and items had been removed years ago. I tried to find ONE thing that was salvageable. I think I will keep the rotted port window doors and hang them on my barn. . Sad end for this REAL Rotted trailer. I would not be able to pull it 10 feet without falling apart. Just a true story to share.
Ther only one who is a bigger fool than someone who thinks he knows Everything is the person who argues with him.
2 miles from my house there’s a 1964 gto that’s all original numbers matching car. The lady let my brother look at it and he offered her $7000 for it. She said no that it was her sons and he’s going to fix it up one day. Another friend of mine had $10000 cash in his hand and offered it to her and she also turned him down. The car is still there with weeds growing up through the floor board. It’s not worth fixing now. That’s been 16 years ago.
