More like a mobile meth lab (IMHO) Lots of ugly here, but it’s not a ‘54 and not a Shasta. Probably not a mobile meth lab, though, given that the word “YAHUSHA” is a form of the Hebrew name Yeshua. We translate this in English as “Jesus.” And the “YHUH” looks like a misspelling of the “name” for God, YHWH - we say it as Yahweh, although 8 think it’s really more of an abbreviation since God’s name was considered too holy to speak.

Okay, class, now what is your first challenge with this trailer?(I'll give you a hint, it ain't the paint job. It's also not, "Now that I have this thing, how the hell do I get rid of it??")
This actually has a few cool things about it. The stove and icebox are among them.
All those push-out windows are in there too...
And, it appears to have a pair of maybe complete Bargman door locksets.
It's pretty amazing the number of Shastas out there that Shasta never built...

My apologies , just took a glance at the "wild" color scheme on the outside and attempted to make a funny.

No worries, the paint scheme and the strange writing are a bit out of place for a camper... maybe an itinerant preacher? 🙂

This is too funny not to post it!
" 1963 Vintage Shasta Camper! RENOVATED! " (and not for the better either!)
Here is the hilarious ad copy...
" 1963 Vintage Shasta Camper.
We've almost fully restored this camper. (And didn't even know what you were working on.)
New Things: Vintage Door from Dry Levee. (Will have brass hardware installed.) Roof Roof Vent/Skylight Insulation Subfloor Interior wiring with breaker box Trailer wiring and lights Luxury Laminate Floor New Walls Led Can lighting Wired For TV Custom mattress and couch back - Sunbrella Fabric with leather piping Shelf above bed for storage (Not installed in photos) We are finishing up the paint currently, I'll update photos when completed. Just waiting on dryer weather. Will come with brand new tires.
Pretty much selling as is, unless you want to pay for us to complete. It's the perfect time to customize. ^ (No thank you, you've done enough already....)
If you want it finished out, it will come with marble counters with tile backsplash. Option of having all new Cabinetry installed. Curtains. GE cooktop, convection microwave built in, fridge and freezer, all in slate finish. Floating shelves. Dining table with two chairs, TV, Exterior bar table mounted. It has a fresh water tank, but unless requested we didn't plan on installing a sink. Along with a portable toilet. Fully finished price is $6,000+ depending on exact options chosen.
Would be a great camper for short trips, or a possible boutique, or traveling salon.
^ (VERY!)
Have Title. Cash or Cashiers Check only.
Open to reasonable offers. " ^ (To have it hauled away I assume.)
I just saw on Facebook that some poor soul had just bought this "renovated" pos I am not going to even venture into that convo.

The person who bought this trailer just contacted me wanting my help.... I can't believe anyone bought it. I told her it is NOT a shasta and that she has basically wasted her money. I told her she might try getting her money back due to false advertising.

When we bought Hamlet nearly ten years ago, we thought Shasta was the name of a brand of soda. How times change. We knew we were getting a wreck and paid accordingly. I can’t imagine anyone buying a fixer trailer today without asking any questions about it, or at least doing an internet search for information. This is not a case of “you get what you pay for.” Sad.

There are 2 different trailers discussed here. I would have bought either of them (at the right price) . When I buy anything with a title, I match it to vehicle. Can't be a 76 Ford van with a Chevy Vega title. Other than that as long as the buyer is happy with the purchase. Handshake done.
