Thanks Danny,,it sure looked nice when bought. The 4cyl "taco" pulled nice from Spokane to olympics, except few hills.Had trk-trlr connection issues before leaving,so Located an rv shop for what I thought a quick fix, check wheels-one impacted hub, toasty bearings, washer and key.So glad the flipper followed us there, great"unaware of" speil i got as to the missing nut and white paint mixed with axle grease! A few kinda words away from the mrs.and he paid the whole bill plus a remorse check 2wks later! Thanks all for bearing with me on my highly maneuveral skills on this site and rest of Aloha pics frozen in Flickr.8-6dys craneing how I can finish retro before summer, huum

Hey Aries - I'll bet you I bought my 64 Aloha from the same guy a couple years ago. He lives in Colville Washington north-west of Spokane and hand paints the Aloha logo on the front and back. He had just painted the one I bought with the exact same paint scheme :-). I saw yours on CL a couple months ago and it looked like it was in better shape than the one I bought. Here's what mine looked like after I got it home: IMG_0717 by

"By God Watson"!I think we've found the Clone Master! These are painted also.We were told Kettle Falls, but close enough.Probably gets them for little cash and lots of fire water from the Rez.What a waste of time, materials, lipstick'n this twin, knew it need repairs, but a frame off?Have marine plywood for this, but made a mistake buying(14 shts)sandply, yet may have to use?In mining site, found your thread,Realy nice job!!!The fender boards, huum, maybe this old 40's jointer to plane down rest?Like the common cold, seems I to,have caught the retro bug! Thanks pt! Mark

IMG_1211 by mark gordon, on Flickr Seems most of rot at front door. Have marine grade plywood for floor thus eliminating 1/4" "sponge" board. Not using pressure treated wood just using for temporary hold.

That's awesome -
Definitely the same guy. In honor of my purchase - I made my Vintage Trailer Talk name PT which stands for painted turd. It's a good reminder for me to think things through and make better decisions on these trailers moving forward :-). They are fun to work on - just take your time and ask for advice from the people here at VTT. It will save you lots of time and money in the end.
