Looks like it is coming right along Jody. Good work. You have the hard stuff done.. The inside is the fun stuff!

The Luan isn't really necessary on top of the rafters. The trailer should be fine without it at the curve...
The build is looking very good!

The Laun isn't necessary but it adds a huge amount of strength to the trailer in return for a relatively small weight gain.

That look fantastic Jody! Fellow campers, It had been awhile since I had been up close to the "BIRCH BOMB" that so many of you cherish. I now see what you are talking about. I had the opportunity Saturday to see alot of the framing this crew has produced for its interior.. Wow! It pops! and it is going to look good.
I don't understand the door. The main personal entry way door. Did any of these 1500 not have the traditional four side aluminum frames? But now after a little looking around. (I edit my post) They have what the 1500 came out with.. Odd style. No traditional 4 sided frame.

If you want it original avocado was the most popular color for several years, and it does look nice like new.

Absolutely gorgeous! Your title says this is a 68. It looks no later than a 64 with the real wood and the ham rather than toaster shape. And the stove turned out beautifully. What you are doing is a prime example of what we all mean when we talk about the time and money spent on our little trailers. 5 hours on a stove. If I had had to pay for that, I probably would have left it alone!
