Sorry, but this is a rant:
I took my little trailer up Thursday and paid 60 bucks for two nights stay even tho I wasn't staying. (wanted to support the rally)
Anyway, went in today so that vicx could enjoy the rally with his little mobility scooter. (I took mine, they are FUN to use) Anyway, the "gate guy" attacked us at the turn into the grounds. You are driving too fast, where are you going to park, why didn't you stop at my little cones??? Uh, you weren't there... He was racing around on some sort of motorized scooter a lot faster than we were driving and banged on my car to stop us. I had a cargo trailer and explained about the mobility items needed by vicx. More attacks and finally, "maybe this rally isn't for you".
There were many nice, nice people there who were very welcoming and helpful. Vicx enjoyed his jaunt and seeing all his friends.
It's very sad to see how controlling and greedy rally people are becoming. I think they're in it for the money.
