You are also traveling on old axles with old bearings and races so I always make sure to change those out to new during the build. Where do you buy your axles? I was surprised recently that CarQuest had the bearings and race in stock for a 55 year old camper. They are sold at a lot of different places. I used to get them at Redneck Supply. I've only bought two. They ran a little more than $300 each and had the brakes and everything. But those new axles are not drop axles and they are round so they require some refitting with the suspension. Bearings I get at Napa and brake parts I get at ETrailer.com

No but the two that I replaced were bent. Being that they are shaped at the factory I didn't feel I could get them right again.
