I was able to pick up a mr. Buddy Heater 50 bucks new but I'm wondering if there is a brass fitting that will screw into the heater where the 1lb propane cylinder goes that has a flare fitting on the other end so I can plumb into my gas line. I also noticed the heater has a regulator built into it I also have a regulator coming off my propane tank from the camper. will two Regulators in the line messed things up

It won't work on the trailer regulated system. Mr. Buddies use a LOT of gas with the little bottles and need high pressure to work. Therefore, it can't be regulated to 11 inch water column. (trailer system pressure)
If you want to use the Buddy on high pressure, that involves some tees before the regulated gas on the trailer.
I recommend a Wave 3 heater instead.

I have both the Mr. Heater and a Wave3.
I agree with vikx, Wave3 is a better day-to-day heater. Wave3 puts out a max 3000BTUs but sips gas in comparison to Mr. Heater's 4000-9000BTUs. In really cold weather (my test) the Wave3 isn't enough and the temporary use of the Mr. Heater almost instantly warms a freezing camper.
If you live in the coldest parts of the USA or Canada, I'd install a Wave6.

I've been looking for a wave 3 heater. but like anything in my life I refuse to pay top dollar for one. I know I can hold out long enough for a smoking deal.
I live in Reno, NV. it gets cold and snows here but not that often. the wave 3 would be perfect. but for now I got this Mr. Heater.
now I know I'm pretty much stuck to the little tanks unless I want to run a new HP line.
thanks again guys.
P.S. Im taking my camper to the Delta this weekend in the California bay area. hope it all goes well.

Wave 3s are $215 and up. Sometimes, you can find a used one. I got a great deal on Amazon a while back, $187. One had minor flaws but cleaned up fine. Or check locally but TEST before purchase. Easy to do with a BBQ bottle and regulator.
