Hi, so glad to find this forum! Vintage campers are beautiful. I have a few that I am enjoying working on. Currently I'm in the middle of restoring a Shasta Deluxe. The roadside interior was completely missing. It was eye ending to feel the sway as I brought her home with a Chevy Suburban. I've got the interior ceiling stripped. Getting ready to take the skins off. Any tips on how to keep them from creasing?

Hi Savingvintage and welcome. I can't help you with your creasing issue, but it's easier to remove the skins with 2 people. Also, I might suggest you put a more detailed description in your subject line. Looking forward to hearing about your rebuild. Rod

I always get two helpers. This way I can focus on getting the last screws out.

If you can't get help, clamps. I work alone and could not do so without them.

Yup, clamps, they make great second hands once the windows are out and you have a place to grab with em.
