I just found this 1962 Apache Pop-up for sale in my neighborhood. Anyone have an idea of what would be a decent price for this? I love my 1958 Franklin travel trailer but it'd be cool to get this lil guy for short weekend trips!

eBay might give you some clues. I know that soft sides aren't as popular as the hard sided units. What are they asking?

I know its not super valuable but I think it would be neat to use every once in awhile. The problem is convincing my wife to store it on our property. I need more land!!! (and some outbuildings!)

Seems reasonable enough. Basically a tent that folds into a small trailer... Very cute.

Hi Dave,
I think $750 is a fair price. I would offer $650, though and see if they take it. The tires look like they have been replaced and the fabric looks stellar. A'll good things. If I didnt have a pre - 70s trailer to go to trailer rallies, I would get it. Looks like an easy set up too. Kind of cool.
Its also a great toy for grand kids IMHO.
However. Depending on what time of year you go camping and if you live in humid areas, I would think that it gets really hot inside. Ventilation, doesn't seem to be a strong suit. Just a hunch. Also, if it gets wet from morning dew, you will need to figure out how to dry it out before King Mold, comes for a visit.
It would be a cool fort or something to play with. I think if you don't use it, you could easily flip it and get what you paid for it.
Try it out and see if it gets any use.
Let us know what you decided.
Cheers,
Rod

Super cute. The canvas looks fairly good for the age.
