Well today was productive, nothing left but walls and roof. Got a little sketchy once the cabinets were removed so I stopped the teardown and added some bracing. I need to know the best "next step". Do I remove the roof cross braces next, if so, whats the best approach to that? I'm thinking pry them from the walls, take the ceiling out, then start taking down the walls intact. Thanks!

Without seeing your trailer first hand, your plan sounds solid. I like to screw at least a 2'x8' piece of 1/2" OSB or plywood to the outside of the wall that spans the door and other large openings to help keep the wall together. Does your wall rest on top of the floor or fasten to the outside edge of it? If fastened to the outside edge, you will want to support the weight of the wall. I like to do this by screwing temporary legs to the outside that extend to the floor. The legs will allow you to separate the bottom of the wall away from the floor without crashing down. I'd also have at least two braces on each wall. Good luck. Let us know how it went.

I like your suggestion about bracing the wall with the door opening, didn't think about that. My walls drop below floor level and are nailed to a piece of wood thats bolted to the frame. I screwed a 2x2 to the inside of each wall, 1 front and 1 back, both resting on a board thats screwed to the floor (spans left to right). Thanks for the info!
