Re-attaching lifted s-locked metal skin

Hello! In lifting my skin on bottom and sides (roof is removed) while keeping all side pieces locked together I have popped out some underneath seam staples. Is my only choice to reattach properly is unlock/remove them and re-install one by one? Most of my damage appears to be on roof and bottom so was really hoping to avoid pulling of sides.
