I like this one but the side windows are tiny. I really like the shape of the Mercury campers but the front windows are too low. I sat in one once and the top of the window is below eye level. I'm basically looking down at the hitch.

This might be the ONLY thing facebook is useful for.... I heard 45% of all divorces now have a social media (Facebook) connection involved. My wife was really surprised I saw these campers on Facebook. I honestly felt guilty on a Facebook page. Like it was the cover page that I jumped to while chatting with an old girlfriend. Thanks a lot, Dan! (I'm really not a Facebook member. Really, I'm not.)

Mobiltec is still not on FB... Or Twitter... Or Snapchat.... Or Instagram... or the many other social engineering networking sites out there.

The only one I can really stomach is instagram; just posting pics really. I think that'd be a good one for you Larry; draw some more folks to the patron I think...

Hi Friends,
Good catch Dan on finding the good trailer folks on FB.
Let me continue the thread jack:
I have a facebook page, but its not my real name. My Westerner is on it and that's it. I put it up when I joined some vintage trailer groups on FB when I was looking for a second trailer a year ago. I like being unfindable. Also, I don't have time to scan everybody's feeds. I just don't. Friend requests just go unanswered. I can't even get enough time to do work on my trailers FCOL. And I haven't been able to set aside time for Larry's Patreon classes, which I need to do.
While I think,Larry should have more subscribers, I am also concerned that he his taking on so much between answering emails from people who have no clue, to those who are actually chipping away at our trailers. I always wonder how much of his day is spent answering emails. When is he going to get some free time? With Larry's new online class, emails and restorative work, is he getting enough ME time?
That's all. I just don't want Larry to burn out is all.
Cheers,
Rod

I'll get some me time in this winter. Really busy right now trying to get these trailers finished before then.

It still amazes me how much time it takes to repair one camper. I have the next one in the queue and I'm debating if I can get to a good stopping point before freezing weather sets in.
Another interesting thing...some members (like Dan) have a gift for finding restoration candidates and some (like me) couldn't find one within 500 miles if my life depended on it. Dan even finds them on Facebook, or Spybook, TrackyoureverymoveBook, SellyourprivateinfoBook or whatever people call it these days.
I'm not exaggerating when I say it amazed me that he found good campers for sale on FB.

I'm so used to seeing painted pink on Facebook, randomly coming across these groups was shocking.
