Hello, My refrigerator has stopped working. I absolutely fell in love with this refrigerator. The sink and refrigerator were what made me swoon over this camper. I will drive to where ever I have to drive if someone still tinkers in the repair of 1966 refrigerators. I am heartbroken! I don't want to replace it. Any help or suggestions welcome.

What model is it and is a propane/electric? If so, it may not be repairable. Propane fridges are "absorption" units. The coils in the back can not be recharged, they must be rebuilt. Unfortunately, there aren't companies that rebuild the older cooling units.
If it is electric only, you might be able to retro fit new "guts" in it.
Give us some more information. It's possible to keep your fridge and use it as an ice box.

Hello jazw33,
Here are a few possible options for help:
Miller and Sons RV Refrigeration (715)-758-6509
National RV Refrigeration 260-768-7059
RV Refrigerator Repair 888-483-7586
These places have been known in the past to rebuild gas absorption units or have old inventory for parts, etc.
Hope this helps, Alan
