In addition to there being no city pressure water outlet in my trailer. (I seriously would love to know how old this thing is, I'm being told it could be 1956-1964,) but I am surprised they did not have pressurized water. Anyway, we can add that in, but the weird issue I have now is that the water tank is under the street side, under the front dinette bench, with typical fill outlet outside the trailer. Then a clear hose runs under the table, covered by a gold metal trim piece. I have followed it to the inside of the curb side dinette bench and that is where the old owners cut it and left it hanging. I can't find the rest. So how did it get past the door to the sink area? No other trim found for it to hide under. Anyone have this style setup? I could run it between studs but I think the way they did it was to ensure you could access it in case of a leak. So I should be finding a channel somewhere, but so far no luck and not sure where else to look. Any ideas?

Water lines are NEVER inside walls for the very reason you mentioned.
I don't know the floor plan of your trailer, is the sink on the door side??
Sometimes a previous owner added an extra tank under the other dinette. (hence the extra hose?) It's rare for a water line to go across the entry way. I'm confused.

I'll take photos and post them. Or a video.. it doesn't make sense to me either. The tank was original. In fact everything was pretty much original in the trailer, but it was turned into a guest cottage at one point and that's when they cut the line.

All plumbing is a mystery to me LOL... I hate plumbing in a trailer. The simplest things in plumbing never seem to work without a leak the first time. I never had that problem working in homes or industrial buildings. Even restaurants and they have TONS of plumbing. Only in trailers do I seem to have problems...
Your problem is a mystery for sure. I've never seen a tank on the curb side. Never even heard of a tank on the curb side. Just forget it and put it on the street side where it belongs.
