I was wondering what was going on in that closet, looks good! much better than just staring at the A/C.
What kind of paint did you use on that shasta? It looks different than most.

Very simple and functional, perfect. Compact owners have a challenge with this for sure. If I had a closet like this, this is exactly what I would do. I wish I could get my rear window back.

The paint is Automotive paint, house of color (Pagon gold) with silver metallic added. The previous owner works in a automotive paint & body shop.Danny

Hey I'm new to this and was wondering about your air conditioner? What kind of unit is that? Is there a drain anywhere? It looks clean and functional. Thanks, Shane

Where did you vent the hot air? I was thinking of doing a similar install, but was thinking of going down through the floor instead of through the side and needing another external vent grate. Then I thought of splash back during rainy season and critters and was scared away. Nice looking install BTW

OK,a day late & a dollar short,I found the owners manual on line
Remember mine is several years old and I noticed looking a the new units the style has change but I believe it will still work, there are a few other brands that have a similar look to the one I have.
This is the specifications on the unit I have.Danny
This is the current unit available at Home Depot & Target in my area, probably more choices in your area.
Larry, the Haier unit looks like it would do the job also.

Thanks Danny. I like that Haier unit. It's perfect and doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Thanks Danny. I like that Haier unit. It's perfect and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. The dimensions are actually a little smaller than my unit but it's still 8000 BTU. Danny
