We keep this fun little beauty stocked with necessities/toiletries/first aid and tucked away in the closet. I rarely see these train cases in such good shape, particularly with the plastic insert undamaged. I believe I paid $15.00 for it. (The cushions are the old original covers.) Anyone else have any other cool/interesting/unusual storage ideas?

I had one of those for years. It went to college with me and I used it for make-up. Mine was blue. I have no idea what happened to it. It's one of those things I wish I had kept up with!

I have one of these in the exact same color that fits perfectly on the lower shelf in our trailer bathroom. I think it fits in great with our 1973. Saw quite a few of them at "The Big Heap" event in Flagstaff last summer but ended up buying online for about $15 also. 😀

I have an avocado green one that I use as a sewing kit...may have to repurpose it. I bet it would fit perfect in my lower closet cupboard! Thanks for the great idea!

UGH! I guess we are just older than dirt. My wife has used a train case for over 50 years to keep "that stuff" in, it has been all over the U.S. and Canada. We got the idea from my grandmother who had one as long as I can remember.

I have two of these, I use one for a tool box and the other is just empty in my basement. Never even thought of using it in the camper, maybe I will now.

If you take a look on Pinterest, there are ladies on there who redo the insides in really cute fabric. (Just in case you have a lot of extra free time while working on your trailer...bahaha! ) SaveSave

And if you are talking about my wife she isn't a trend setter, she is a copy cat. Don't tell her I said that or I will get beat.
