Make sure you select the proper length of staples then experiment with the amount of air pressure you need. Make sure you buy a regulator so that you can maintain constant air pressure, if not you will hate your stapler and say it is junk. Many people try to use a flow valve to regulate air but they will not work with a stapler or nail gun. It requires constant air presssure or you will be driving staples completely through the top layer of material, aluminum or paneling. Hi Friends, Can you post a sample of a regulator, Bill? BTW, great thread. Thanks, Rod

Any particular kind/length?
I was also thinking of using fence post paint along the underside skin to seal all those old holes from the removed staples. Good idea?

Just make sure the one you buy says it supplies a constant air pressure.

Hey Dan, Bill, and Kirk,
Thanks! I will put it in my files. Not anywhere near using a compressor, but the info will be saved.
Cheers!
