10' Scotty Gaucho rebuild - Planning for new wheel wells

New axle finally arrived! It will go to the welder who is repairing the frame. It did not come with a brake so I will see about getting one. Torsion axle - $272.00 before tax. No need for new rims, yea! I will have a good frame build on. I decided to store it inside and wait until early fall for the rebuild - when the weather won't be so unpredictable.
