Wasn't going to post my blog here until the trailer was done, but vintagebruce's post convinced me otherwise. We love the back and forth conversations and crosstalk we have here on VTT, but we wanted a little more streamlined rebuilt record, so I moved my build thread to a blog. As you can see by the last post, I might not be updating it much for a few months until the weather cooperates. 1965fieldandstream.blogspot.com/

I enjoyed the read and photos and am pleased that you posted it here. As far as maybe having to wait a while to continue work, I think it is also important for everyone to realize, many times the work has to be stopped, sometimes for unforeseen reasons. It is all part of either the madness or enjoyment of the "hobby".

Thanks Bruce...I'm still going to spend the free tidbits of my weekend working on it, scraping, sanding, repairing cabinets and shellacking walls until I get a complete kit I can assemble over the course of a long weekend. The wind was stronger than we have felt in decades and would have shredded our trailer like it did the carport. Here's a huge eucalyptus tree down at my local Y this morning.
